The spelluxury.com in order to ensure the smooth and safe purchase of a product gives the opportunity to buyers to return and replace the product with another of the same or a different size if available.
The product to be replaced can only be accepted if it is in the original-factory condition.
The request for replacement of a product must be made within seven (7) calendar days of receipt by mail (form).
After consultation with the relevant department the customer will be able to choose another product from the page spelluxury.com.
In this case the customer pays the Return and Shipping costs .
The return of the original product will be by a courier company which the spelluxury.com. will select
In all cases the return of the product to be replaced should be done with all the documents accompanying the product (eg retail receipt etc.) and the complete package.
Return item(s) may not be worn or washed. Items on the “Sales” section can only be replaced with items from the same section.
In case a product is mistakenly sent, Spelluxury.com is fully responsible for the replacement and the delivery of the right product to the buyer, covering in full its delivery costs, as long as the productis sent back in his original factory condition. The replacement demand must be done within three (3) days from the mistaken delivery of the product and after previous contact by mail between the buyer and the company. For all the cases, the return of the replaced product must be done with all its documents which accompanied the product (eg retail receipt..) and its full package.
